Baylor Scott & White Health – North Texas employees support an annual campaign that goes a long way in helping to make a difference in the communities we serve. Participating in the Employee Giving Campaign sends a profound message to the community that employees not only work here, but also truly believe in our mission to serve all people through exemplary health care, education, research and community service.
"Every day, you strive to do your best for our patients and the communities we have the privilege of serving. I am not only inspired by your dedication to our mission, but also by your generous spirit in supporting our North Texas campuses and the important work we do." – Joel T. Allison, Chief Executive Officer, Baylor Scott & White Health
Employees may choose the project or program in North Texas they wish their contribution to go toward. Examples of programs supported in the past include the Employee Assistance Fund, Nursing, Medical Education and Faith in Action Initiatives.
Gifts to the Employee Giving Campaign can be made through payroll deduction, a one-time gift (cash, check or credit card), or by donating paid time off hours (PTO). Employees can also join the Hour Club, giving the equivalent of one or more hours of salary per pay period or make a pledge.
