James and Betty Hostler have been married for 63 years. They have built a life together, full of wonderful memories.
Diagnosed in 2010 with a dementia closely associated with Parkinson's disease, these memories are now slipping away for James. Betty is faced with providing care for a husband who often doesn't recognize her.
As James and Betty continue their journey with this disease, they walk hand in hand with the Baylor AT&T Memory Center, our comprehensive program to support patients with various types of dementia.
Generous donor support for the Memory Center has enabled Baylor to connect patients and their families with the tools and encouragement they need to make the most of difficult challenges.
