The Foundation Board welcomes its newest members.
Baylor Scott & White Dallas Foundation has welcomed an exceptional class of 17 business, community and philanthropic leaders as the newest members of the Foundation Board.
Under the leadership of our board chairman, Norm Bagwell, Foundation board members serve as ambassadors and lend their time and talents to help advance the Baylor Scott & White Health mission to promote the well-being of all individuals, families and communities.
“I am grateful for the dedicated service and commitment demonstrated by our Foundation board members and am energized by the passion and experience this new class of leaders brings to our efforts,” said Norm. “Board member support has been instrumental in advancing Foundation priorities that impact patients and communities across North Texas, and I look forward to what we can accomplish together with the added leadership of these new members.”
Established in 1978, the Foundation has distributed nearly $950 million to support initiatives across Baylor Scott & White. This generous donor support has a lasting impact on the System’s ability to advance innovative research, train future leaders in healthcare, invest in new technology and offer programs that support our employees and enhance care for patients.
“Under the thoughtful leadership of Norm Bagwell, I am deeply proud of all that we have accomplished in our efforts to improve care for patients and communities across Texas,” said Ben Renberg, Foundation president. “As we look ahead, I’m excited to welcome our new board members, whose wide-ranging expertise and experience will have an immeasurable impact on our ability to advance our shared mission.”
