Foundation board welcomes its newest members in 2025

Baylor Scott & White Dallas Foundation is thrilled to introduce an impressive class of 20 business, community and philanthropic leaders as the newest members of the Foundation Board. These dedicated individuals, under the leadership of board chair Norm Bagwell, will work alongside existing members to advance Baylor Scott & White Health’s Mission to promote the well-being of individuals, families and communities across Texas.

This announcement comes at a pivotal moment in the Foundation’s history. Since its founding in 1978, the Foundation has distributed more than $1 billion to support transformative initiatives across Baylor Scott & White, impacting everything from innovative research and leading-edge technology to programs that enhance care for patients and families.

“It’s especially meaningful to welcome this new class of board members as we celebrate such a significant milestone,” said Norm. “These individuals bring deep expertise and a shared commitment to service that will help shape the next chapter of our impact. Their leadership is a powerful reflection of the generosity that has defined our mission for more than four decades.”

Christina Goodman, president of the Foundation, echoed that sentiment: “Crossing the $1 billion mark is a tribute to the countless donors, partners and leaders who have believed in our mission. I’m energized by what this new group of board members brings to the table and confident that, with their leadership, advocacy and support, we’ll continue to drive meaningful change in the lives of those we serve.”
